All monetary amounts on shbwr are in PKR. There is no currency conversion involved for Pakistani members — what you deposit and win is what you see in your account balance.

Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your mobile number, choose a password and confirm you are 18 or older. A verification code will be sent to your mobile number — enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes under two minutes and your account is ready to use immediately after verification.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use shbwr. This is a strict requirement and applies to all members regardless of location within Pakistan. Accounts found to belong to under-age users will be closed and any balance refunded to the original payment method.

No. Each person is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and may result in both accounts being suspended. If you have lost access to your original account, use the Forgot Password option or contact support — do not create a new account.

On the Login page, click the Forgot Password link. Enter your registered mobile number or email address and a reset code will be sent to your phone. Enter the code, set a new password and you are done. The code expires within 10 minutes so enter it promptly. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact [email protected] for manual verification.

Accounts are locked automatically after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the Forgot Password flow to reset your credentials immediately. If the lock is related to a self-exclusion period you set previously, contact support to review your options.

Personal detail changes — including your registered mobile number — must be made through your Account Settings page after login. Some changes require identity verification before they take effect. It is important to keep your mobile number current as it is used for OTP verification and password recovery.

Deposits & Payments

shbwr supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and mobile wallets for PKR deposits. All methods are processed directly in PKR — there is no currency conversion and no hidden charges. The available options are displayed at the deposit screen inside your account after login.

The minimum deposit on shbwr is displayed at the deposit screen and varies slightly by payment method. Generally, mobile wallet methods like JazzCash and Easypaisa have a low minimum entry point that is accessible to most players. Bank transfers may have a slightly higher minimum. The exact figures are shown clearly before you confirm your deposit.

JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast deposits are typically credited within a few minutes. Bank transfers can take longer depending on the bank involved and the time of day. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, check that the transaction completed successfully on your payment app, then contact support with your transaction reference number.

shbwr does not charge a fee on deposits. The amount you send is the amount credited to your gaming balance. However, some banks or mobile wallet providers may deduct a small transaction fee on their end — this is outside shbwr's control. Check with your payment provider if you are unsure about their own charges.

No. Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Depositing from a third-party account — even a family member's — is not permitted and may result in your account being temporarily restricted pending verification. This policy exists to protect members from fraud and unauthorised transactions.

Withdrawals

After login, go to the Withdrawal page, select your preferred payment method, enter the amount in PKR and confirm. The request is then reviewed and processed. Your withdrawal will be sent to the same payment method you used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification checks.

Most withdrawals to JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are processed within a few hours on business days. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. VIP members benefit from faster processing as part of their loyalty tier privileges. You will receive a notification once your withdrawal has been sent.

Withdrawals can be delayed for several reasons: identity verification not yet completed, a bonus with an active wagering requirement still attached to your balance, or a routine security check on larger amounts. Check your account notifications for any pending action required from your side. If no action is needed and the withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact support at [email protected] with your withdrawal reference.

Yes, both minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method. The exact limits are displayed clearly on the Withdrawal page before you submit your request. If your balance exceeds the single withdrawal maximum, you can make multiple requests across a period of time. VIP members have higher limits as part of their tier benefits.

Yes. Before your first withdrawal — or if your account reaches a certain activity threshold — shbwr will ask you to verify your identity. This typically involves confirming your CNIC number and matching it against your registered name. Verification protects your account and ensures withdrawals go to the correct person. It is a one-time process that can be completed quickly from your account settings.

Cricket & Sports Betting

Cricket is the primary focus — you will find markets on all Pakistan international matches, PSL fixtures, T20 leagues, ODIs and Test series. Beyond Cricket, shbwr also covers Football, Esports and other international sports. The full list of available events is shown on the Bet and Betting pages after login.

Live betting lets you place wagers on a match that is already in progress. For Cricket, this means ball-by-ball odds that shift as the game evolves — a wicket, a boundary or a rain delay can all change the markets in real time. Open a live event from the Betting section, choose your market, enter your PKR stake and confirm. Your bet settles as soon as the relevant outcome is decided.

An accumulator combines multiple selections into one bet. All selections must win for the bet to pay out, but the potential returns are much higher than a single bet of the same stake. To build an accumulator on shbwr, add your selections to the bet slip from different events and the system will automatically display the combined odds and potential payout in PKR before you confirm.

Most bets settle within a few minutes of the match or event concluding. Cricket matches that end via DLS method, super over or other non-standard conclusion follow the official result confirmed by the relevant cricket board. The settled amount appears in your account history and any winnings are added to your PKR balance immediately upon settlement.

If a match is officially abandoned before completing the minimum number of overs required for a valid result — or if it is postponed to a future date — bets are typically voided and the original stake is returned to your account. Live bets placed during the match may have separate settlement rules depending on the market type. Full details are in the Terms and Conditions.

Casino & Games

shbwr's Casino section includes Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Live Baccarat and a wide selection of Slots titles. The Game Lobby brings together all game categories in one place, including Bingo. Live Casino tables are staffed by real dealers and run around the clock. New Slots titles are added regularly.

RTP stands for Return to Player — it is a percentage that indicates how much of total stakes a Slots game returns to players over a large number of spins. A game with 96% RTP theoretically returns PKR 96 for every PKR 100 wagered over time. Higher RTP generally means better value in the long run, though individual session results vary. The RTP for each Slots title is usually displayed in the game's information panel.

When you claim a Casino bonus, the bonus amount typically comes with a wagering requirement — for example, 30x means you need to wager the bonus amount 30 times before it can be withdrawn. Your account dashboard shows your active bonus, the wagering progress and the deadline by which the requirement must be met. Mobile App & Download

Visit the Download page on shbwr and follow the instructions for your device. The Android APK can be downloaded directly — you may need to allow installation from unknown sources in your phone's settings. The installation file is safe and verified. Once installed, log in with your existing shbwr credentials.

Currently the dedicated app is available for Android devices. iPhone users can access shbwr's full platform through the mobile browser on Safari or Chrome — the website is fully optimised for iOS and all features including live betting, Casino and deposits work without needing a dedicated app. Check the Download page for any updates on iOS availability.

First, make sure you have the latest version of the app installed — delete the current version and download a fresh copy from the Download page. Restart your phone before reinstalling. If the issue persists, try using the mobile browser version as a temporary alternative while you contact support. Make sure your Android OS is reasonably up to date as very old versions may not be fully supported.

No. Your existing shbwr account works across the website and the app — just log in with the same mobile number and password you use on the desktop site. Your balance, bet history, bonuses and account settings are all synced in real time regardless of which device you are using.

The shbwr app is optimised for Pakistani mobile networks and is reasonably data-efficient for standard betting and Slots. Live Casino streaming uses more data as it involves a real-time video feed.
