Terms and Conditions – shbwr Online Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the shbwr platform in any capacity — whether as a registered user or as a visitor browsing the site — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all aspects of the shbwr platform including Sports Betting, Casino games, Slots, Live Casino, Bingo, the Game Lobby and all other services available through your account.

If you are accessing shbwr on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable laws in your location. shbwr provides gaming and betting services as an entertainment product intended for adults.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To use shbwr's gaming and betting services, you must register for an account. The following rules apply to all shbwr accounts:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. shbwr does not knowingly permit minors to open accounts. If we have reason to believe a registered user is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — are not allowed and may result in all accounts being suspended with balances withheld pending review.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. You must provide your real name, a valid mobile number and correct date of birth. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. shbwr is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details.
• shbwr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Accounts are for personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your shbwr account, and you may not use another person's account under any circumstances.

shbwr may close or suspend accounts that are found to be in breach of registration terms, including but not limited to accounts registered with false information, accounts created to abuse promotional offers, or accounts associated with fraudulent payment activity.

3 Deposits and Payments

shbwr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₨ 500 for most supported payment methods. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on your account status and the payment method used.
• Deposits are credited to your shbwr PKR wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash or Easypaisa typically reflect within minutes.
• shbwr does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — shbwr has no control over and is not responsible for third-party fees.
• All funds deposited into your shbwr account must originate from a payment method that belongs to you and is registered in your name. Depositing funds from accounts or wallets owned by third parties is not permitted.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once the funds have been used in gameplay. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error before using the funds.

shbwr reserves the right to decline, delay or reverse any deposit that is suspected to involve fraudulent activity, is associated with a chargeback risk or cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered to the account holder.

4 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your shbwr PKR wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Verification typically requires a valid CNIC or other government-issued identification document.
• Withdrawals are processed to your registered payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account. The withdrawal method must match the name on your shbwr account.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days.
• shbwr does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard requests. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₨ 500.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to additional wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• shbwr reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal for the purposes of security checks, fraud prevention or identity verification without prior notice.

If a withdrawal request is declined, the funds will be returned to your shbwr wallet and you will be notified with a reason where possible. Repeated withdrawal failures due to mismatched account details are the responsibility of the account holder.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

shbwr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is communicated:

• All bonuses come with a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be played through before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance. Real money funds are used first during gameplay unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion is available once per account, per household, per device and per IP address unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
• shbwr reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has already been credited, a fair adjustment will be applied.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using coordinated betting strategies, or exploiting a technical error — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of related winnings and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account automatically. Check the specific terms of each offer for the applicable timeframe.

shbwr's decision on all bonus-related matters is final. If you have any questions about a specific promotion's terms, contact support before opting in to the offer.

6 Sports Betting Rules

shbwr's sportsbook covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, Football and Esports, among other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on shbwr:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is submitted and confirmed, the odds are locked in and cannot be changed.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at shbwr's discretion, particularly during key moments in a match or in the event of a technical issue. Bets already confirmed before a suspension remain valid.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. If an event is rescheduled and takes place within 48 hours of the original start time, bets may stand — this is sport-specific and will be communicated per event.
• Cricket-specific rule: matches reduced by weather or other interruptions will be settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC or PCB). A minimum number of overs must be completed for certain markets to be considered valid — this threshold is displayed on the relevant bet market.
• Obvious pricing errors — where an odds price has been published incorrectly due to a technical error — will not be honoured. Such bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• shbwr reserves the right to limit bet amounts or restrict access to certain markets for individual accounts at its discretion, without being required to provide a specific reason.

For PSL and international cricket markets, shbwr follows the official match result as declared by the PCB or ICC respectively. In the event of a disputed result, shbwr will await official confirmation before settling the relevant markets.

7 Casino and Game Rules

shbwr's Casino section includes Live Casino tables (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat), Slots, Crash Games, Bingo and other titles. The following rules apply:

• All casino games on shbwr are operated by certified third-party game studios. Each game has its own rules, paytables and return-to-player (RTP) information, which can be accessed from within the game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot round, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. shbwr's records are the definitive source for resolving any dispute related to game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may change without prior notice, particularly for live casino tables during peak hours.
• Crash games on shbwr use a provably fair algorithm. Results are not influenced by shbwr and can be independently verified using the seed and hash values displayed after each round.
• Any malfunction of a game — whether due to a software error, connectivity fault or other technical issue — voids all associated bets and play for that round. Winnings generated during a malfunction will not be paid.

shbwr does not guarantee that all games will be available at all times. Games may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled or emergency maintenance. Balances and bet histories are maintained accurately regardless of any temporary unavailability.

8 Responsible Gaming

shbwr is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Online gaming is an adult entertainment activity. It should be approached with a clear budget and a clear time limit — not as a way to earn income or recover financial losses.

• Every shbwr account includes access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion tools. These are accessible directly from your account dashboard settings.
• Self-exclusion allows you to block access to your shbwr account for a defined period or permanently. A self-exclusion request cannot be reversed until the chosen exclusion period has fully elapsed.
• If you feel that your gaming behaviour is becoming problematic — including chasing losses, spending more than you can afford or gaming affecting your personal relationships — we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and seek support.
• shbwr does not send promotional materials to players who have activated self-exclusion. Responsible gaming tools are taken seriously and applied immediately upon request.
• Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period. Any account opened during an active self-exclusion period will be closed and any deposits returned.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

shbwr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Operating multiple accounts in breach of the one-account rule.
• Involvement in fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks or money laundering.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including coordinated betting or exploitation of technical errors.
• Collusion with other players in a casino game or betting market.
• Use of automated betting software, bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at shbwr staff or other users.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where funds are legitimately owed to a player following an account closure that was not due to the player's breach, they will be returned via the player's last registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting shbwr support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method before closure is finalised.

10 Privacy and Data

shbwr collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on shbwr, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and ongoing use of the platform is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions.
• shbwr does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Game play records, transaction histories and account activity are retained by shbwr for the purposes of resolving disputes, preventing fraud and complying with applicable data retention obligations.
• You may request a copy of the personal data shbwr holds about you, or request correction of inaccurate data, by contacting our support team.

11 Limitation of Liability

shbwr provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is operational and accurate at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

• shbwr is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from temporary platform unavailability.
• shbwr is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the breach of security was caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• shbwr is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or any bank.
• In all cases, shbwr's maximum liability to any individual player for any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits shbwr's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

shbwr may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or through a notice displayed on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the shbwr platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.
