How to Login to Your shbwr Account

Logging in to shbwr is designed to be as fast and straightforward as possible. Whether you are using a desktop browser, your phone's browser or the shbwr Android app, the process is the same and takes only a few seconds once you have a registered account.

Open the Login page, enter the mobile number you used during registration and type your password. Tap the Login button and you are taken directly to your account dashboard. From there, every feature on the platform is immediately available — your PKR balance, active bonuses, betting markets, Casino tables and account settings.

If you prefer to login with your email address instead of your mobile number, use the Email tab on the login screen. Either method works — just use whichever credential you remember more easily. Both route to the same account and the same full dashboard.

shbwr uses a standard OTP-based two-factor verification layer for new device logins. If the system detects you are signing in from a device or browser it has not seen before, it will send a short verification code to your registered mobile number. Enter the code on screen and your session opens normally. This extra step only applies to unfamiliar devices and keeps your account protected even if your password is ever compromised.

You are then logged in immediately with your new password.

• Make sure you enter the mobile number or email address used during original registration — not a new or alternative one.
• The reset code is valid for a limited window, usually 10 minutes. Enter it promptly after receiving it on your phone.
• If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact shbwr support at [email protected] for manual account verification.
• After resetting your password, all active sessions on other devices are logged out automatically for your security.
• Never share your password or OTP with anyone — shbwr support will never ask for your password.

Keeping Your shbwr Account Secure

Your shbwr account holds your PKR funds, your bonuses and your personal details. Taking a few simple steps to protect it is well worth the minimal effort involved. The following practices are strongly recommended for all members:

• Use a unique password — do not reuse the same password you use on other websites or apps. A password used elsewhere is a risk if that other site ever experiences a data breach.
• Enable two-factor login — shbwr applies OTP verification on new devices by default. Keep this active. It means even if someone has your password, they cannot login from a device you have not approved.
• Never login on shared or public devices — if you must use a shared device, always log out completely after your session. Do not save your password on browsers you do not control.
• Keep your registered mobile number active — your mobile number is your primary recovery method. If you change your number, update it in account settings before the old number is deactivated.
• Check your login history — your account settings include a recent login activity log. If you see a session you do not recognise, change your password immediately and contact support.
• Beware of phishing — shbwr will never send you a message asking you to enter your password outside of the official website or app. Always check the URL in your browser before entering credentials.
